Appointments REQUIRE a $35. NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Appointment not confirmed without deposit. Deposit will be used towards your service. Cancellations allowed 48 hours prior to appointment. Cancellations DO NOT return deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE deposit can be transferred to a new date (only once). 

There is a $10 late fee after 10 minutes, after 20 minutes will be considered a No Show. No show‘s will be blocked from making future appointments and will be charged full amount of service.
